Stripe Payment Fee
A 3transaction fee is charged by Stripe for processing payments on the platform. This fee applies to each transaction made by students for your sessions. This ensures that payments are securely processed and deposited into your account.
Tip: When setting your hourly rate or class fee, consider including this fee to ensure your expected earnings are met after Stripe's processing fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued according to our cancellation policy. The Stripe fee is non-refundable.
Currency Conversion Fees:
If your payments are processed in a currency different from your bank account’s currency, a currency conversion fee may apply. This fee is charged by the payment processor and may vary depending on your bank’s policies.
Tip: When setting your rates, consider using a currency converter to understand how exchange rates may impact your income, especially if you’re teaching international students..
