Manage your Bookings

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

  1. Go to www.educator-hub.com.
  2. Click on the "Login" button and enter your credentials.

Step 2: Access Your Bookings

Once logged in:
  1. Navigate to the Bookings section from the dashboard.
  2. Here, you will see all your upcoming and past bookings, including the date, time, and the educator's name.

Step 3: Reschedule a Booking

If you need to reschedule a class:
  1. Click on the booking you wish to change.
  2. Select Reschedule and choose a new time slot that works for both you and your educator.
  3. Both you and your educator will receive a confirmation email.

Step 4: Cancel a Booking

If you wish to cancel a session:
  1. Click on the booking you wish to cancel.
  2. Select Cancel.
  3. Your educator will be notified, and your class will be marked as canceled.

Step 5: Payment Status

  1. After booking a session, check the Payments section to verify the status of your payments.
  2. If the payment has been processed successfully, the status will show as Paid.
  3. If payment is pending, the status will show as Pending.

Step 6: Receive Notifications and Reminders

You will receive reminders for your upcoming classes 24 hours in advance. These notifications will appear on your dashboard and via email.

Step 7: Book New Classes

  1. To book a new class, go to the "Educator Search" section.
  2. Use the filters to search for educators based on subject, specialization, availability, and ratings.
  3. Select a suitable educator and book a session at a time that works best for you.

Tips for Managing Your Bookings:

  • Keep your calendar up to date with your availability to avoid conflicts.
  • Always check for new notifications related to your bookings and payments.
