Manage your Bookings
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Go to
www.educator-hub.com
.
Click on the
"Login"
button and enter your credentials.
Step 2: Access Your Bookings
Once logged in:
Navigate to the
Bookings
section from the dashboard.
Here, you will see all your upcoming and past bookings, including the date, time, and the educator's name.
Step 3: Reschedule a Booking
If you need to reschedule a class:
Click on the booking you wish to change.
Select
Reschedule
and choose a new time slot that works for both you and your educator.
Both you and your educator will receive a confirmation email.
Step 4: Cancel a Booking
If you wish to cancel a session:
Click on the booking you wish to cancel.
Select
Cancel
.
Your educator will be notified, and your class will be marked as canceled.
Step 5: Payment Status
After booking a session, check the
Payments
section to verify the status of your payments.
If the payment has been processed successfully, the status will show as
Paid
.
If payment is pending, the status will show as
Pending
.
Step 6: Receive Notifications and Reminders
You will receive reminders for your upcoming classes 24 hours in advance. These notifications will appear on your
dashboard
and via
email
.
Step 7: Book New Classes
To book a new class, go to the
"Educator Search"
section.
Use the filters to search for educators based on subject, specialization, availability, and ratings.
Select a suitable educator and book a session at a time that works best for you.
Tips for Managing Your Bookings:
Keep your calendar up to date with your availability to avoid conflicts.
Always check for new notifications related to your bookings and payments.
