Instructions for Creating a Teacher Profile on www.educator-hub.com

Follow the steps below to create your teacher profile on Educator Hub:

Step 1: Go to the Registration Page

  1. Open your web browser and visit www.educator-hub.com.
  2. Click on the "Sign Up" button.
  3. Select Register as "Teacher".

Step 2: Fill in Your Details

Provide the required information as follows:
  • First Name: Enter your first name.
  • Middle Name: (Optional) Enter your middle name.
  • Last Name: Enter your last name.
  • Country: Select your country from the dropdown menu.
  • Email Address: Provide a valid email address.
  • Phone Number: Enter your contact number 
  • Password: Create a strong password following these guidelines:
    • At least 8 characters.
    • Includes both uppercase and lowercase letters.
    • Contains at least one number (e.g., 1, 2, 3).
    • Has at least one special character (e.g., @, $, %, &).
  • Confirm Password: Retype your password to confirm.

Step 3: Accept Terms and Conditions

  1. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by checking the box below.
  2. "By selecting, you are agreeing that you have read and accepted our Terms of Use. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information regarding the processing of your data."

Step 4: Complete CAPTCHA Verification

Follow the on-screen CAPTCHA instructions to verify that you are not a robot.

Step 5: Submit and Wait for Approval

Once all required details are entered, click the Create Account button.
Your profile will be saved and submitted for review by the Educator Hub team.
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after approval, granting you access to your Teacher Dashboard.

Step 6: Provide Professional Information

To help students find you, complete the following sections:
  • Bio/Introduction: Write a brief introduction about yourself, your teaching philosophy, and your expertise.
  • Qualifications: List your educational qualifications and certifications.
  • Work Experience: Provide details about your teaching experience, including the subjects and levels you've taught.
  • Hourly Rate: Set your hourly rate for both private and group classes.
  • Availability: Set the days and times when you are available to teach.
  • Upload Professional Photo: Upload a professional and clear photo of yourself.

Step 7: Verify Your Identity

To ensure authenticity:
  1. Upload a scanned copy of your National ID/Passport (front and back).
  2. Upload your teaching certificates and any relevant credentials.
